A few ground rules for the living and the dead.

Cancellation Policy

At Dead Tired Massage Therapy, we understand that even the dead have lives. However, being a ghost doesn’t entitle you to ghost us without consequence.

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving late will receive a shortened treatment to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Payment Policy

We accept debit and credit only. At this time, we do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. Receipts will be provided.
